Letting go of people. Empty Letting go of people.

Post by mia July 22nd 2013, 10:15 am

As much as we know this is necessary in order to grow, develop and love yourself.

Sometimes the mind can trick us into having thoughts of guilt or doubts about the people we let go of.

That's ok! It's only natural..and let's face it, people we try to let go, dont always make it easy for you to move on, because they are loosing a support mechanism that they really should be providing for themselves.

We dont let go of people because we hate them, or because we think we are better than they are..we do it because we love ourselves. Secondly, we need to give people an opportunity to recognise their areas of personal growth..and this can only be done, in your absence not in your presence in their lives.

My offering is, let go of people for the right reasons, do not wound them in the process, be kind in your approach but dont get sucked into providing long explanations about why you need to move on..keep it brief, keep it simple and be gentle. Above all be consistent! Do not go back on your word/decision..this breeds confusion and ultimately resentment.

Equally allow space for new people to come in to your lives. This is achieved by staying OPEN and TRUSTING yourself. After letting people go, sometimes we may loose confidence about who can trust etc, we may doubt our capacity about our people judgement skills.

My offering is, once you have clearly decided to let someone go because they no longer serve your highest purpose..you have already proved to yourself that you have sound people judgement skills!

This very act, will offer you ample confidence to meet like - minded people.

All of the above, is one example of how we can begin to LOVE OURSELVES.

Let go. Breathe. Move forward - your life is waiting!

Joan there is nothing that we can do to prevent him from being here. Nobody has those kinds of message board buttons to push. At the same time his mind can be messed with Smile  ! john

don't recognise any names there that I know to be awkward.

Sunny, there are some that go to message boards and seem to want to cause aggro.

I have befriended a few ...... 3 to be truthful, on separate occasions, cos they are so spiteful and anti social, yes all did have messed heads and no, I made not a bit of difference.

The best thing to do was ignore them til they moved on.

Well all except one who decided to post a rude word in thick black capitol letters on each thread .... he was banned.

No,Carron.    Spirit will take the reins there.....When his time comes, spirit will take over.

I'm not a vengeful person inside, might have a moan now and again but....we all have a life review when our time arrives....Amen

Maybe what needs to be looked at instead is what is lacking in this person.
Maybe this person is  a little warbled in their energy field.
What has possibly happened in this persons life that makes them need to to  do things to  get attention.

maybe what needs to happen is to send them Love energy instead

karma has  a wicked leash that often returns to the wisher of karma on another.
but Love energy heals both ways

Back to grief and loss and guilt and letting  people go out of your life.

I personally have lost more  material things  people, and loved ones then anyone should have to bare.
and I have wollered in the guilt of what should I have done different, could I have done more, what is wrong with them issues that any normal human will experience.
I then looked at me.. what is/ was wrong with me, where is my weakness in all this.
then you can begin some kind of painful healing and letting go.
sometimes all needed is space

I found my self  more patient, more compassionate, more understanding,
Growth .. inner growth  is  an amazing journey.

Still have one loss that can never be healed but has to be a choice I made before coming here.

Sometimes one must love enough to release them from your energy.

Love energy would bounce off him.   You have to know this gentleman to understand him.
Not a flicker of feeling in him.    He may have earned a little respect for his experience of spiritualism but not for his soul....

He is vicious in his words.     I remember one night just as I was dropping off to sleep,I had,had a vicious day on the boards with him.    Sarcastic words.

I heard a male voice say to me 'He needs his tongue cutting out!'
I was astounded!   To hear spirit say those words.    But that is the truth!

regardless somewhere inside of him is  a flicker of light.. no matter the darkness in a person there is always a flicker.. just as in all light beings there is  a element of darkness that can be awakened and enlarged.

remember  sarcastic words are only the projection of that persons  inner struggles.

they are words... fold them up and  toss them in  your fireplace or  fold them up and put them in your safe box. they only harm you if you allow them too.

try a new tactic... when he says ugly words invision  tabaso sauce being poured in his mouth.... then move on....
eventually if not immediately he will get his mouth feeling like it is on fire....

still  LOVE breeds love
We may not approve, like, etc of  a person but in wishing them ill we only increase their ill.

p.s. I am truly sorry he upsets your beautiful soul so much
