it is about the chakras and the kinesiology of us.

It is  how the nerve centers or energy path is through our body.

in the human body if you start at feet and come up one side is  lets say blue one red
as the energy travel up through nerves, muscles, fibers etc when it get to  about hip bones and in some  higher it crosses over.
so what was then left is now right
then as it changed is now opposits ..as then travels further up  to about thymus  or throat it again crosses back over and then goes around head
like a figure eight with an extra looping.
so in fact
when you banged hip if near the juncture of this crossing it would  actually be felt in opposite side

plus  right brain is male but governs left side of  physical body
left side brain is female but governs right side.

It is a matter of balance.You put one side out,the other side
over compensates.Thus pain on the left.You may have of course
unknowingly banged something or sprained something on your left
without being aware of it.

 Now I wondered about that,Laura ann.   Why my left arm was so sore.   The gentleman who helped me to my feet was very gentle in helping me to get off the ground.
I wonder why injury to one side affects the other...

Didn't get on here yesterday.   I was in so much pain with my left arm!  Why the left arm I have no idea,I fell on my right side.
 Tucked myself up in the bed by 7pm,read a little then dropped off to sleep.
Awake again at 1am!   Up for a cup of tea,then back to bed again....Slept until 7am.
Thought it was about I rose from bed....But I feel much better today....

Sorry I haven't been on much but took a terrific fall yesterday,right on my right side so been hobbling around with TWO legging hurting at the same time.
Managed to hobble down town this morning but glad to get back to sit down....
