Energy Secrets....Alla Svirinskaya

I have just started reading this book, just finished reading about her background, what and how she teaches, I have yet to start on her program.........

Her Story....

I was born in Moscow to a family of energy healers, the fifth generation through the eternal line to have this ability. An energy healer is born with an unusual sensitivity to the human eloctomagnetic energy field and can learn to understand and to adjust it, significantly increasing the health and well-being of others. I was taught from a very young age when my ability was recognised by my mother. She saw me at the age of 6 asking questions about unpleasant sensations in my hands when I was next to ill people or about the discomfort I experienced from the healing energy literally pressing on me. When I got a little older, my mother would actively engage me in developing the sensitivity necessary to use this gift.

She would move my hands over the sick person's body so that I could learn the difference between a healthy and unhealthy organ. I began to learn the frequency of the various organs, my mother taught me to read "brail" of a persons aura. This is an essential diagnostic tool for an energy healer.

In Communist Russia where I grew up new forms of thought were deeply feared and alternative medicine was highly disapproved of. My mother, who worked at the time as a chemotherapist at the clinic, had to see patients for healing at home. This was part of the Russian paradox during the era of Communism- people had one official politically correct face and another at home. Alternative medicine was practiced in secret and parapsychologists could be jailed for their practices, in a way the fact that my mother saw her patients at home worked to my benefit. I had an amazing opportunity to observe her work and learn along side her. Through my mother I was able to connect and learn from some of Russia's great healer, some of whom were engaged in Soviet funded studies of paranormal. I also was trained in orthodox medicine in order to maximise my ability of knowledge.

( I am looking forward to starting her program, she says not to jump or skip or to leave anything out, otherwise it will not work, and I must put 100% into it. )

This book is so Interesting, I'm now reading about the aura, I've learnt that we do not just have the one body but seven. I'm reading of their functions and of the different hues of colours. I've learnt also that depending on the state of the physical body will determine its energy flow, this may be blocked if all is not as it should be, and will show in the change of its hue.

(The etheric body) this body is the exact copy of the physical body.

(The astral body) this is the second body, the body of emotion.

(The mental body) this is the third layer, it is the body of thought, knowledge and experience.

(The karmic body) this is the immortal body, this body doesn't die with us, it leaves the physical body and is re-born.

(The intuitive body) this is the container for all the previous bodies, a template for our uniqueness, our inner identity.

(The divine body) this is the level of unconditional love.

(The kether body) this is the casual body, the outer skin, also the strongest and most resilient.

I've just started the next chapter The Chakra's, there is a long way yet to go before I start her program, which starts with a physical cleansing of the home.

The book sounds Amazing, you seem very Inspired Vanilla2, i too could learn from this book, the very first time i read about Chakras, Energy Bodies, and the Blockages that may be present internally, i knew that Chakra exercises would help, to clear those blockages that have been present for so long. The Beautiful thing is it worked so well that my Life changed, and i felt so much more Peace, and Calmness in my Life. I certainly want to find that Peace & Calmness in my Life once again, your post has Inspired me Vanilla2 Thanks.

Thank you Spirit-Being, this is all very new to me, although I am familiar with aura's and chakras,I have never read about them. We did concentrate on the sacral known as the "qi" when I was taught Tai-Chi.
I'm sure when I do get into this, there will be many blockages preventing the energies from flowing the way it should be.
Not sure how I can physicaly cleans the home, as its not just me living in it.
