I myself have made decisions in my life based on my thoughts, and many of the decisions i have made did not promote spiritual growth, but were really lessons to be learned. I read something that said to observe the thoughts that go through the mind and watch which egos come through. I have noticed many thoughts come through my mind that i would normally put into action, which i found very interesting, but i am learning everyday to observe the thoughts and allow them to pass. I am finding myself to become much more patient in my daily life.
