yes the soul continues on,death is only the beginning as i heard this phrase some where before how true.

......but if death is only the beginning.......what is NOW?
Death is change...Life is change...NOW is where we "do" what brings about the kind of change we want!

If you don't mind, in the spirit of forums and for the sake of getting to know you better, may I ask what "transcend duality" means to you?

My experience and understanding of the transcendence of duality...I don't mind at all, answering a question, it just takes a while for me to put it in words, there is no time like the present for me to start swimming, seeing I've jumped in! Please bare with me if I ramble a little.
Duality showed itself to me originally as inner conflict on an innocent mind, long ago now. Thirty or so years later I learnt transcendence from giving up my life... I won't go into why now. For me there were many conflicts built up layer upon layer for many years, so there wasn't ever a long period I remained connected to our source. Recently however, I feel my journey to understanding and spiritual healing is completing where I can see there is no separation between day and night, left or right, good or bad, visible and invisible. Uniting them is bringing me to a place of forgiveness and new beginnings, living always in connection with the way of the universe, forgetting the past of disconnection/duality.
