This is very relaxing i love this kind of music no lyrics no words just instrumental. I usually become more balanced when i listen to this type of music. I need a lot of balancing in my life. I am listening to all the tracks on his cd they are so tranquil and peaceful, i almost feel like i am in another world of beauty, magic & wonder. I was going to listen to them all and choose the one i felt drawn to but i must say every song on this cd is magnificent for inner peace. Meditate
