We can go anywhere

Astral Projection or Astral Travel is one of the most amazing experiences I have had the pleasure to participate in. It is quite simply, consciously leaving your body as it sleeps. It's like being awake whilst you are dreaming.

You leave your body and enter the astral realm, which is the next closest dimension to us here in the physical world. The astral realm is actually all around us we just can't see it. The astral realm contains all our thoughts and emotions.

It is the place that we go to when we sleep. In our dream state we stay close to our physical body and we project emotional content from our subconscious mind. We are not conscious during this process. Being awake and conscious in this realm is known as astral travel.

The main barrier to astral travel is you.
You need to conquer yourself and clear your mind of thoughts and emotions to be able to successfully astral travel at will. You do this through personal development.

I think I do this, either this or projection.

I was sending reiki to a friend this morning, she is starseed like me.
My mind wandered to a signature and avatar my daughter had made me, it is of a spaceship with Earth and Arcturus in the background.
I dont know if I have mentioned this, but my planet of origin is Arcturus.

Then I had another thought!
I can astral to anywhere on Earth, so, why not to Arcturus!
I would so love to see what it is like, to feel the energy there, it would be so awesome.

Astral Traveling is Exciting, & theres no secret science to Traveling, which gives each person the freedom to experince for themselves. If you truly want to Travel to Arcturus, you will Mia. One thing that has worked well for me was the Fiery Passion to Astral Travel. The one place i was curious to visit was the Egyptian Pyramids, i knew there was much more to it than what the eyes can see. This Passion was my Inspiration to Travel to the Great Pyramids. I was going to post here and you had answered my previous post.
I asked my tutor if we could do astral travel today.
I told her I wanted to go to Arcturus, she said it was fine, so she did a guided med for the others and I went off by myself.
Took what seemed ages to get there, sky became very dark, I felt like a bullet skimmung thru the sky, but not fast enough.
I felt myself slowing down and the energy/atmosphere change.
Ahead of me was a brown land, getting bigger and bigger.
Then I was standing among trees, not as big/tall as ours here on earth.
And there was a man there too, not as tall as our men, he had his back to me, I wanted him to turn round, cos this was an Arcturian!!!, but I was also nervous.
He turned, his face was long and jutted out, sort of oval.
I cant remember all we spoke about.
One thing was thet they use the forest to walk in, to commune with nature, much like we do.
Lots was more was said, but now forgotten.
I wanted to see the children next, and I was there!
They dont live with their parents, from what I learnt/know everyone brings them up, they are loved by all and all love one another, no partnerships/marriages.
I dont mean freelove cos I dont think they feel, mmm, sexy, like we do.
The children are taught about nature, healing, all spiritual like stuff.
And as they grow, their talents are seen so they then specialise in them.
My head was hurting bad, like a pressure, so I came back slowly, before the others had finished their astral meditation.
Next time, cos there will be a next time, I shall go with definate questions and places to visit there.
I want to look at the sky, see what colour it is and the sun or suns.
Find out what they eat, drink, clothing, skin, so much I missed.
I cant believe I went! lol, its like a dream.

I've tried to this before but it didn't work. Apparently it takes practice in order to control your in between state of awake and asleep which I was never able to accomplish.

I have visited the moon, but only through dreaming, not forceful astral travel. Still the dream experience felt very real to me.

Astro traveling is done while one's mind is in the Alpha state of consciousness, the one between awake and asleep. There is also out of body traveling, where one actually leaves their body parked somewhere and their conscious mind goes traveling in real time. I have experience with both, with the understanding that out of body should only be done by professionals. There is a third way which is the one I use all of the time, I just frisk the "force", for lack of any other term, with my mind. There is always somebody out there somewhere that knows what is going on.
