How To Meditate With Crystals

If you are looking for a meditation method or you have tried meditation and you didn't feel it was working for you, an excellent and easy way to meditate is with your crystals.
If you hold an easy to handle crystal, something you won't drop such as a Thumbstone, Palmstone or a Tumblestone you can do an easy breathing meditation with your crystal. As you breath out imagine your energy flowing into the crystal and circlating round the crystals structure. If your crystal has fault lines or patterns imagine your energy following these features. On the in breath imagine the energy from the crystal entering and circlating around your body. Hold onto the highs you feel for as long as you can. Feel all the positive energy from the crystal mixing with your energy and let your body feel with peace.

If you have a crystal that too large to hold you can do the same meditation by looking at your crystal. Don't stare at the crystal, just fix your glance on it and gaze at it softly. On the out breath visualise your energy entering and circulating around the crystal and again with the inbreath visualise the crystals energy entering and circulating around your body. The more you meditate the easier and better your meditations will become. The important thing is to not give up if feel your meditations aren't working. If you are more relaxed in your day to day life then they are working. The more you meditate, the more peaceful your life will be.

I just use tumbled crystals to meditate

What type of crystal or will any do? i ask as i have yet to work with crystals, the technique above seems Amazing would love to try this meditation sometime.

You can use any crystals but my favourite to meditate with are Selenite, Amethyst or Turquoise.

You can meditate with any crystal, it depends which one you are drawn to most and feel most comfortable using

Is there any color that you like best? My favorite color is blue.

One thing that I like to do with crystals it to hold one in each hand and feel the effect that the crystal's energy has on my body. Another thing that is fun is to touch a crystal to the bottom of your foot and see what place in your body tingles as you move it around to different spots.

I too like feeling the energy of crystals.

Placing them on my tummy or any chakra point.

I put a piece of moldavite on my 3rd eye once and got a massive headache.

I couldnt think straight, but eventually realised I needed to ground the energy.

Meditating with them is a great way to get to know them xxx

My favorite crystal (actually the only one I really like as a pure crystal) is a blue crystal that is found locally where I live. This kind of crystal was created by the pressure of tons of ice during the last ice age. Apparently the glaciers stopped in the hills just above where I live and when they melted they left these crystals behind. Most crystals are created by heat and pressure, but these crystals were created by cold pressure. They work great in life energy harnesses. xxx
