I do not know why but my eyes have tears in them, i have always believed that these medications we all take from day to day, were just part of some unhealthy thing that we have just given in to. I am so happy to know that people could live much healthier lives if they just ate better. I am inspired i do not have diabetes but i will say that i am addicted to good tasting food. This is something i struggle with, there are many times i would go look in the fridge or the cupboard and there is food in there, but i will go and say there is nothing to eat. I have been trying to stop this,, but it is difficult.

I may try this raw food diet during the month i fast.

I remember in the movie The Greatest Story Ever Told when Jesus said do not put your attention on what you eat, God knows that you need them, put your mind on his kingdom and all these will be yours.

I also believe that all the Chemically Produced Medicine that we have are very unhealthy. They may provide a temporally fix to our health problems but in the long run will cause additional health problems that we never meant to have. I personally abstain from these kinds of medicines unless it’s absolutely necessary. I don’t have health problems that I know off but I prefer eating the healthiest diet possible, to prevent them from occurring. Healthy diet does not have to be boring; there are plenty of great recipes that will make your mouth water.

eating healthier is very important i do not eat very healthy i would very much like to start. I have felt that the meats that i buy in the supermarket are tainted there are so many chemicals and as of late i have found myself eating less meat. Not sure if i could make the full transition to become a vegetarian but i do love vegetables

diabetic diets can benefit most of us

my diet consists of spinich and greens salad with chicken
and vegetables

this taste brought on by medicinal teas not just a caffine one ex: lipton
but teas that cleanse (Alvita from the health food store) and drinking water alot

mind you I do cheat (sweets the non-fruits aka cakes)....LOL ....and i pay dearly for it

I must say i think it is great that you are eating healthy d-knots sounds like a great meal too chicken and the spinach As for caffeine i gave it up for a short time a while back but i gave back into drinking lipton although i am at the point where i am about ready to try giving it up again, maybe replace lipton with sage tea :lovesigh: im sure many people on diets cheat from time to time but the important thing is you know your own limits and what your body can handle.

Thank you for sharing this as I too have diabetes, type 2. The doctor said I can reverse this by the right foods.
