Nervous? Empty Nervous?

Anyone else feel nervous?
I stand in my garden every night before sleeping.
The last couple of nights I have felt nervous out there.

And I keep thinking something bad will happen, like I will fall down
stairs whiah I almost did yesterday!
Or have a car accident.
I dont know why I am thinking this way Sad
Wondering if its just me or something happening or about to happen
somewhere in the world.
It could be planetry though.

Last year Mia I had the feeling that the year 2013 would be different and so far I have had three experiences and I also have a feeling about October that some thing is going to happen.  Be it bad or good I do not know but I have heard that some people are getting restless and that includes myself as if I should be doing some thing and yet I do not know what it may be

I been finding it difficult to concentrate and remember things
Luckily I have managed to get by at work ... only just though!

been finding it difficult to concentrate and remember things
Girl your singing to the choir right now LOL
have to say to self...breathe
stop gritting teeth
unclench hands

all I want to do is sleep
being  forced to almost live within  myself right now
don't want food etc.

visions faster then I can focus to and  voices and messages   so fast cant  comprehend most of them

major downloading happening in all of us

believe me I get it ....

we need to hold  onto each other right now tightly...
