You're right...... but I don't think I live in the past too much. I am too busy in the Now with work. So busy that next weeks payday comes in only a few days to me...(seems like it)

Yes, that was my friend I wrote about who had the steel box around her the angels said.

My problem is that I have too much to do. Work and the many things I do at home when off. I need to focus on just one and finish it. Book writing, embroidering, sewing, gardening, etc. When I was off work I had lots of time do do everything. I even made a website. That was so much fun. Especially the native music I put on it. I'd listen to it and get all warm and fuzzy inside while I put the site together.

I will try to live more in the now Thanks for the reminder.

Deb.. it is not so important who you were. There are many OLD Souls on earth at this time to help each other and the new awakenings.
I so often see posts of people trying too hard to figure out who they used to be.
Thing is who one used to be is not as important as who you are NOW!
When one spends their time trying to figure out who they were they are not living in this life but shackling themselfs to the past. This in turn keeps you from moving forward.
Live each moment in the NOW and trust that any gifts you had in the past that are meant to come to you in this one will show when the time is appointed for them to.
If not they wont happen no matter how much you study or meditate as they are being blocked. Like the lady I read a post said she can feel and hear her husbands energy but cannot see him. (may even be yours) . thing is she is not meant to or the time is not yet right for it to happen. She is missing the fact she has been given 2 gifts already sight and feel. many never receive even that. We forget to be thankful for what we are getting NOW.
hence we often get no more...we humans are some complicated toys lol

Bill, I am not sure and cannot prove I am either Evolved or old soul but have been told I am an old soul. I was told that this is not my last life on Earth; that I have one more if I choose to.

I’m just having fun being on my journey. It doesn’t really matter who we have been; but I think it is our goal to remember who we are as a soul that we are more than what we are right now.

I was told by a few mediums that I was both Lemurian and Atlantean. In a Spirit circle with the lights down they said I looked Lemurian but came back to my self when lights went back on.

It is funny really because evolved souls always put themselves down because they believe it is not possible for them to be evolved and yet things happen to prove who and what they are and still people will not believe. It is the same questions over and over with sayings like I am not worthy; there are more knowledgeable than I and so it goes on all the time. For an evolved spirit they have to ignore the material aspect of our lives up to a point and know who and what you are and that you are on this world for a reason. Anyway you have lost the battle where I am concerned as you are a major player in the scheme of life itself and it is only a matter of time before the illusion of reality becomes true reality and I for one will never doubt who you are.

Confirmation comes from many sources Stephen so I will share this with you; I answered a post on another site two days ago and the member actually contacted me by PM. This member on both days gave me a message on each day which was actually confirmation for me and I had not mentioned anything and that member does not live far from me

You know how much I appreciate what I have learnt from you.
Also when I read through the postings of many of the people
who have posted here and on other forums and blogs.
I realize how little I know or understand.I often feel
truly humbled in the way people explain themselves
and their understandings.
When I look into myself I see nothing of that which would
qualify me as an evolved soul.In fact on this and on
other forums I feel I am truly in the presence of great spirits
from whom I can learn.

An evolved spirit Deb is a spirit that does not need to come back to this earth but they can come back at times if the need arises; an old soul is actually a spirit that has been in existence since the beginning of evolution. Even when an evolved spirit comes back to this earth they go through the same experiences as every one else who is on this earth. The only difference between an evolved spirit and a younger spirit is the kind of knowledge they have; to find out if you are an evolved spirit on this world is almost impossible achieve. There are two ways that I know of and one way is if some one knows about the evolved spirit; the second way is to discover for yourself who and what you are but the second way can be a living hell at times to go through. In Stephens case he discovered for himself who he was as he has received his name and actually I have honestly forgotten his spiritual name (sorry about that Stephen)
