To my knowledge I haven't actually ever met folks from other planets. I know that they are there and I have felt their presence or at least their mind presence, but I have never met them. Some of the information that I recieve from the "intuitive mind", "the guys", probably comes from them. Sometimes I feel like it does. The intuitive mind for me is kind of like your appealing to the whoever that is out there that can help you with the healing that you are doing. And I have been doing this for so many years that I am getting pretty good at putting a warlock knot, so to speak, on things so that they do not go sideways on me . I am not one hundred persent, but I do run ninety eight percent most of the time with the intuitive mind.

About Lilith again, now that I am anchoring myself to "foundation" I now seem to be able to exist in her reality without becoming completely unglued. My stomach still seems to drop a bit but I am not coming completely unglued. Lilith seems to live in a reality where there are no anchors, absolutely none. She is an entity that exists in total non existence. A reality that has no foundations or anchors. When you step into her or she approaches you you enter into a reality where you and everything else ceases to exist because in the reality that she exists in nothing exists. Which is a very frighting experience. So the young lady that could exist in Lilith's reality could do so because she had a natural unconscious connection to the "foundation" chakra and when she was in Lilith's reality she carried her "ground or anchor" with her. When you do that you can sit/stand in the middle of non existence/total chaos and not be effected by it . Hey Mia Lilith and I can now be friends! Yea! sunmystic

Sounds a bit like when I meditate and am 'grabbed'.
What/where are you when you go into Liliths reality?
Do you sit or meditate?
Do you know it may happen and prepare?
Or does it happen anytime, without you expecting it?

Mia, in your time zone it is time for you to be in bed . I guess the best way to explain things is that I am in a constant state of meditation both when sleeping and when awake. So I guess that the answer would be "yes", I do experience these things in meditation. Sometimes I am 'grabbed', but most of the time I just change my focus and I am there. It is kind of like I know where Lilith lives and I just change my focus and I am there. But until now I was never able to actually go inside of where she lives because the experience unhinged me. Lilith is not really a bad entity, it is just that when she approaches somebody they become unhinged and they desire to not be around her. Sometimes things just happen and I am not expecting it, but most of the time I am just out there exploring things and with some of the things that I get into I feel very fortunate to escape from with all of my fingers and toes so to speak. Most of the time when that happens I have to call in the "big" boys and so far they have been very nice about pulling me out of the trouble that I get myself into. I do not astral travel. Once you understand that everything is one and that all is in the same place at the same time, then you don't have to travel, you just change your focus. We are all where we are because of what we focus is on. When we change our focus, then we are somewhere else. One can travel if they wish to and there are lots of ways to travel, but one does not have to travel, they can just change their focus because everything is in the same place at the same time. sunmystic

I work with the elderly and/or disabled and have to have my wits about me.
What do you think?
Would that be safe for me to do?
And I spend half of my day driving.

Methinks it is Liliths energy that upsets people, not her.
She sounds like she is from the faery realm.

I usually call for Merlin.

Mia, I think that what you are doing is what you should be doing . And I think that what you are doing is great. To do what I am doing you would have to wake up the first three chakras above your head and at least part of the fourth one and why anybody would want to do that I have no idea. All of that stuff will happen in due time anyway, at least in your case. The important thing is to be comfortable and helpful in the reality that you are in. And you are. One must keep in mind that the path is a part of the experience because it is the path that gives meaning to life. If one just concentrates on the goal, then one misses out on the experience and the experience is actually what gives one's life meaning. Yogananda's Babiji told me that and at the time and for years afterword I had absolutely no idea what he was talking about . Now what he said to me makes sense and that my focus on the goal was why my life did not have meaning. My life now has meaning because I am experiencing the path and not seeking a goal. Personally Mia it was all your fault. You were the one that created the reality where the "Loving Divine" could ambush me in my sleep . Sunny, I love experimenting.
I try anything, well almost anything.
I did a channeling once.
Another thing I'll have to hunt up.
It said my path is the way it is cos I do experiment.
When I learnt reiki, I was given the symbols, before I used them on anyone, I practised them on my myself.
Lol ... I shrouded myself with all 3!
Wow! that was an energy rush!
I was out for count! It was magical!
It was like an explosion, I saw a huge white light and was gone!

However I am grateful for the gifts I have.
Doesn't stop me from trying out everything else though
One doesn't know what one can do til one tries

I had a go at shift shaping one night ..... I was bored.
I wanted to be a wolf, I did all the visualising, going really deep.
But I was an eagle!
Everytime since then, I am always a bird, I still try to be a wolf though.

Honestly I have no idea anymore. Everything is different. If I can help someone then I do, mostly because it is the right thing to do. It doesn't seem like I am here for my own growth, it all just seems like I have been asleep and I am now waking up. I don't feel like my reason for being here is to teach others. I don't feel like I have any special reason for being here. I am just here waiting to see what happens next. You are loved, John
