Baba Ghanoush
This is an arabic dish called Baba Ghanoush...
ingredients.
1 whole eggplant
tahini
1 tablespoon or 2 of plain yogurt
garlic cloves to taste..
small amount of lemon juice..
pinch of salt
Bake the entire eggplant until it is soft with skin on. When it cools you can peel the skin right off. Then smash it in a bowl then add tahini to taste i never measure. i add a small amount of lemon juice just a little bit.. then crushed garlic and a little bit of salt then add 1 or 2 tblsp.. of yogurt.. finish it off by spreading it on a plate and add a small bit of olive oil over it and garnish it with a tomato slice and piece of parsley leaf.. eat it with pita bread... yummmmy.

I love arabic dishes i have had this before my sister made it and sent it home with my mother Mhmm was it good Thanks for sharing this recipe.

i also love this Arabic dish.very easy to make.But i thought it was called eggplant dip,maybe in the American translation. which ever thank you for sharing this recipe amani 06
