in pain or just unhappy, why do you keep doing what you are doing? Why
do you eat the same foods, think the same thoughts and keep the same
habits? If you want to make your life better, change your diet. Think
positive instead of negative, and replace bad habits with good ones.
Instead of doing what is not good for you, claim your highest good now.
If you have had enough of the old, start changing today. Accept the
mystical experiences that are waiting for you. You will be glad you
