I believe my dear friend Laura has found the explanation for my 'odd days', days when for no reason I feel fear, nauseus, shaky etc.

I didn't know, but she has been researching for me.

She had an idea of what was happening. And found that when I have these 'times' it starts with the build up of an earthquake, hurricane, etc and stops when it has occurred.

I haven't heard of this before.
She suggested I google 'earth sensitive' and I found loads of info and a forum.

I then thought, if I can recognise the feeling, I can ask angels, the universe, to help those involved, send them help.
Also, I could 'go' there and maybe ease the destruction for them.

I have a feeling there are others here who maybe earth sensitive too, so decided to tell you about it.

For two days I had been feeling ill, headache, fear, shaky, crying, wanting to run away, wanting to hide away.

Today I feel loads better, still have a muzzy head, a bit of a headache.

This morning, Laura heard there had been an earthquake in Indonesia and told me her thoughts.

Hoping this helps someone, like it has helped me.
If so, we can help them with prayers, healing etc

Mia there has been a lot of Earth tension in the "force" lately. This does effect all of us whether we realize it or not. I call it volcano weather. Sometimes there are psychic tensions in the "force" and sometimes there are Earth tensions in the "force". Maintaining ones equilibrium during these times of tensions is a real challenge .

Now I understand the reason for my 'tensions' I will endeavor to maintain my equilibrium.

I love your use of the word of "endeavor", it is fraught with understanding. And it is complete and has everything in it. xx
