Maintaining the Right Weight Empty Maintaining the Right Weight

Post by jintil April 25th 2011, 5:55 am

If you are struggling with excess weight, the health problems you are most likely to develop include heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and certain types of cancer, gout, and gallbladder disease. Being overweight can also cause less critical but severe problems such as sleep apnea and osteoarthritis. So how do you protect yourself from weight related problems? The simple fact is, the more overweight you are, the more likely you are to have health problems. Herbal weight loss supplements can help you loose weight. Thousands of people are losing weight the natural way by harnessing the power of natural herbs and supplements. are not only effective but are also safe if you use common sense when choosing products.

Natural weight loss products have hit the nutritional supplement scene in full force over the past few years thanks to an increased desire to use holistic supplements over chemicals. These products tend to provide a couple of really nice benefits over their usual counterparts. The beauty of using these kinds of products is that they are relatively time tested and help your body gets into its own natural bio-rhythm and often do not have too many side effects. The metabolism plays a large role in regulating the amount of fat that your body stores and uses. So by charging up your metabolism through natural products you can begin to see results relatively quickly. Natural weight loss products are not new and if you think about it are just made of the plants that have been around for years and years.

Portion control works. I have been on weight watchers before. Food has points and you can only have so many a day. It does work........but you have to track everything and when busy, it's hard. Takes discipline.

well I'm diabetic though it's nothing to do with being overweight it runs in the family, both side so didn't have a lot to say about it.

I do know that now I'm slightly overweight and can't understand why really. I don't have a large appetite and living in Spain eat a lot of fresh veg etc., I also enjoy the odd glass of red wine (it's so cheap out here)
I have begun to help more outside the house with the gardens etc., than I did so not sure what else I can do.

Any suggestions Maintaining the Right Weight 86038

Assumpta

I just googled "herbs for Diabetics" and came up with this.........good info. I'm bookmarking this.
Maybe my search was for you.......at least you can listen to the video. And write down all this and ask a natural Dr. in Spain to look into all that this Dr. suggests. There's a ton.

Good luck with your situation.

Check your PM I will send you Marie's email she sent me about 3 hrs ago.

I set an appointment myself. I am not a diabetic but I know "Whole Body Approach" is the best around.
I've been wanting to do this for a while.

I have an appointment in 2 weeks. $65 total for 2 visits. I have to bring 1-3 recent blood work reports. But they will probably have to do one with one of their people becuase regular insurance does not pay for all the markers in a blood test that this type of Dr. needs. I've come across that before.

I will PM you her email and it has her contact info if you want to talk to Marie. She is very nice.
I will send you the 4 PDF attachments that I have to fill out prior to and take to my first appointment. Pretty detailed.

Deb

Oops, I forgot you were in Spain...too far to go.
I will keep you updated though. I'll bet you have one in Spain somewhere. I think you can talk to him free.

I spoke to Dr. King but he suggested I go to their member website and find someone closer. I'll see if there is anyone in Spain. They may be only in USA but will look for you.

No they are only in USA this group. But look at the group, maybe you can get an idea of that they are all about.

Wow! I'm taking notes.
I have one closer that is only about 40 miles instead of 100 miles from me. Just over the hills past the next town.

These are Chiropractors (which I highly believe in-I used to work with one)
