Standing up for what i believe in
I have had this feeling for a very long time, i hope this doesn't offend anyone. Our civilization/culture works to support their families, and yes this is wonderful. The one thing i have a problem with is how many people would work at their jobs if they did not get a pay check? What if you could do your job for free and help people in the process? I have told many people i dislike money, i feel it takes away from the giving experience because we are getting something for it. And i know many will be like what are you talking about, that is because you have yet to look outside the box. Life is beautiful and we do help each other, but helping for the sake of helping is truly amazing, without a reward back. I am not writing this to persuade anyone, this is not my intention. I am speaking my true feelings. For the most part we are motivated only by the dollar, and if you can honestly say this is not true, then ask yourself this question. Would i be doing my job if i wasn't getting paid for it? If the answer is no then you are only motivated by money.

But we can do work without being paid with " money " Spirit-being. Voluntary work which brings in its own rewards. That feel good factor.
Oh how I do agree with you, " money " is the root of all evil, in my opinion. Those, not all, who have sufficient money thrive for more. "Money" is just not evened out within this world.
As an afterthought. In some countries bartering is a way of life. I brought that up in discussion many years ago. Too me that seems logical, I tend your garden, you tend my old car, no money changes hands. Now that is just an example which could be adapted to almost anything. Just by using what life skills we have developed within our short life journey, and to be put to good use. .
