Welcome Angel Globe, i hope you found the answers to your questions, Vanilla & Sunmystic gave some very good advice, that website looks perfect for anyone interested in Reiki Healing. I have practiced Reiki since 2008. I am a certified II practitioner, but not a master practitioner so i could not teach, but i could share some of my experiences with you about the healing energy as i know we all have access to, whether certified as a Reiki Practitioner or not. Please feel free and share your experiences with the Reiki Energy, would love to hear them.

Reiki is a great platform to learn and understand the flow of energy and how to use it correctly. In the beginning it's trial and error it takes time to understand the techniques and tools. I'm really glad you are taking Reiki and i hope you find a new understanding through your own experiences. If you have any questions please feel free to post them. Hi Angel Globe and welcome. I agree with Vanilla and your best bet would be to go to a Reiki website and visit with others that are trained Reiki practitioners.

A warm welcome Angel Globe. Sorry I cant be of assistance, as I have not yet tried Reiki.
You dont mention whether you are self taught or learning from an experience Reiki teacher / master, who in that case would be guiding you also through your questions and answers in a correct manner. My guess is, what you are experiencing is the energy flow from your body into your subject, therefore I am assuming its a natural state, and what you are doing, is working to its correct advantage.
