Digestive Problems
Hey my friends i know i have not been very dependable this past year give or take, but one thing i need to say is i Love you all, you have been great friends over the years. As for my health its not serious as far as i know, but i have been to the hospital 3 times with in the last 3 months and the hospital has yet to pin point what is causing me abdominal pain, constipation, and bloating. Although the last time i went to the hospital the doctor said i may have a swollen prostate, so i have an appointment on tuesday to see whats going on, hope its something simple either way im just glad to be going to find out what this is. I humbly ask for any prayers or healings you can send my way, the power of prayer is amazing. I look forward to posting with you all soon hope you all have an awesome weekend.

Re: Digestive Problems
Spirit-Being, it is always good to hear from you. I shall keep you in my thoughts that the hospital can get to the bottom of your mystery Illness. In the meantime, our God is with you at all times, and whatever we go through, we come out a stronger, wiser, person through all of life's unexpected challenges.

Spirit-Being you have my prayers. If medical science can not find anything wrong, then your digestive problems are probably caused by stress (the only other thing is a change in diet) and based on my experience stress is a many headed monster that does require Divine intervention . If you have a swollen prostrate, then it should be very difficult for you to urinate and a swelled prostate at your age is usually caused by it being over exercised or not getting enough exercise.
Our prayers are with you,
sun

Re: Digestive Problems
Hello Spirit Being,
It seems you are taking yoghurt with 'friendly bacteria' but this is part of the problem. It is I think calcium enriched and this is calcifying to other bowel contents and causing constipation. The tub of whatever it is is also affecting magnesium, chromium, selenium, something starting with t (tyrosine, maybe), and some other trace things like enzymes and chemical agents/substances etc.
Also a bean is part of the problem. Magnesium is in the product and assists digestive muscular and lining processes and is doing its thing but the calcium enrichment is changing the contents too much so you have contrary actions.
The chromium is depleted in many processed foods but is necessary in combinations, along with the selenium, to safely deliver bowel relaxants (connected to neuro processes, I think). This is a common problem. The tyrosine and a couple of other things is present but is causing a type of reflux due to the other contrary actions in the bowel between the calcium and the magnesium mostly.
So you have quite an orchestration going on of a chaotic nature. It will take a while to settle due to the levels of minerals on board. And there is a little bit of chaos with the gut bacteria. The 'good bacteria' delivered is working wonders, but there are issues due to the calcium/magnesium dynamics with other bacteria and breakdown. And so the efficiency of the good bacteria is inflaming things because it is working too well in a dysfunctional climate.
Suggestion, only:
Blitz an 800g can of peaches, preferably in syrup. Sip all down. This will effectively seep through and moisturise the bowel.
Plan the treatment so that you don't eat for 8-12 hours so partial overnight time is good but then get up and moving, doing normal things for a few hours until you have your breakfast the next day.
Most of the problem will be fixed by this, but some issues with the minerals will persist for awhile but not be so troublesome.
Do the peaches pureed with syrup thing, in 4 days to a week after the initial time, then 10 days to 2 wks after that, then in about 3mths time, and you can do that as an ongoing thing if you find it worthwhile.
Of course if you are a diabetic the syrup probably wouldn't be the go or the fasting for up to 12 hours just on the one peach puree ingestion.
But you are not a diabetic or have such issue with the sugar, I think, in fact you can border on the other way, and start to be a little low on energy if you don't have enough protein, I think it is. Anyway, you decide if you can be bothered with this suggestion.
The bean issue is normally not too much of a problem, and it is not all beans, only about 3 types. It is worsened by other digestive issues. I think the 3 types include 2 types of soya bean, and a third, maybe it is mung.
You can go back to your good bacteria intake, because it is important, but you are better to make your own yoghurt by a traditional middle eastern or similar recipe, or to eat something else and I'm not sure what it is, but it looks like a dried pea, and I don't know why I can not help you more with it, so I guess it is up to you to seek vegan good bacteria alternatives perhaps. I think it is used in a fermented process like how miso is formed. The little pea/bean/berry thing is greenish with a bit of brown on it. I'm thinking it is a type of maize, that can be fermented into chicha, but I do not think it is the purple variety. I noticed on wikipedia that the purple variety made into chicha morada is being investigated for its anti-inflammatory potential on the prostate. So maybe you do have some prostate issues, or perhaps prostate issues are connectected to the effects of other elimination issues.
Anyhow, find it useful if you will, it is only a suggestion.
Hope you get better soon, or they sought out what is wrong.

Re: Digestive Problems
What did your tests Spirt being????
I have found some old family matters combined with stress totally messed up my sacral chakra which in turn has messed up my bladder and digestive system....we internalize our life issues into our chakras which in turn cause health problems... are your jealousy issues rather did they maybr have caused the prostrate issue hun,,,,,once you level all that out do a cleansing on your lower chakras.......you will feel much better.
my Native american great great great gr3at great grandfather telepathically channeled into my head Burdock root.....it has helped my intestines and the chaos there.. water and and oxygen in my blood issue is helping my other issues..
try the herb burdock root ..you can buy it in capsule form
one every few days will help the constipation as well
