Re: Good Morning to All.
Hello Amanda welcome to the forum very nice Introduction im glad you made it here the more the merrier, we all find Inspiration from each other and im sure you will find much Inspiration here as your Introduction message has been for myself, i go through much of what you speak of and at times when i finally realize something within me needs to change i always go back to my roots of my true self, and tend to move out of the overwhelming physical mind set where it begins to inhibit my spiritual awareness. This happens from time to time, i never know how long it will last, but i never stop yearning for that spiritual awareness & living in the present, you will find everything you seek, i am sure of that. One quote comes to mind. ~Seek and ye shall find~ im sure it means something different to each person who reads it, but im sure you have knowledge of what this means to you, only you know what you seek. Hope i wasn't to melodramatic, sometimes when i get typing it just rolls, and i continue typing until my hands tell me otherwise. Anyway i hope to see you around the forums.
Blessings to you

Hi Amanda,
A very warm welcome to the forum and thank you for your introduction.
Although anxiety is a natural state of mind, the senselessness of much that so often causes us serious concern, the joy at discovering the unimportance of much of our serious personal anxiety. Anxiety must be abandoned, the disappointments hardest to bear are those which never come.
Here is a poem for you….. Carpe Diem…
Sunset becomes the start of each day,
youth grows with age as all time slips away.
Nature & beauty dance with the flow,
light blends with colors ...an elegant show.
Waves from the water of perfect design,
visions & images appear in the mind.
Thoughts become real if you’re looking inside,
meaning & destiny as its time has arrived.
Dismiss all the feelings that are holding you back...
capture the moment, that is the knack.
Create for yourself what is most in your thoughts,
appreciate & cherish and look toward its source.
Going to detail but beginning from scratch,
embracing the moment, making the catch.
Dreams of the future show what loving can bring,
and it comes from the energy in all living things!
~*~
Be well

Good Morning to All.
Hello!
My name is Amanda and I have recently stumbled upon this forum with the help of another. I look forward to sharing insight and experiences with those who come here.
I am currently 24 years old. I belong to no religion or true spiritual background, but have always felt a pull to the spiritual world, whether or not my home be devoid of such activities. I enjoy reading, writing, sharing of information, long walks on the beach..
I have recently come to the realization that I have not been living in the present. I have allowed anxiety to grip me for periods of time that hinder personal growth. Personal growth and spiritual growth go hand in and with each other, in my mind, and it is time to release the pressures of time. Humbling experiences may allow for such growth, but without using a mind set in present time, I feel these learning experiences may simply go to waste. Nothing learned if applied towards a future that does not exist. While it is a positive experience to feel humbled before this Universe, I also recognize my strength as an individual, as a soul on it's journey.
I have been deeply moved by a book channeled through Barbara Marciniak, titled Bringers of the Dawn. It is an absolutely wonderful book I was able to resonate with on such a deep level. I recommend it to anyone here looking for an uplifting read, injected with not only tales on the surface level, but an encoded message of love that has the ability to trigger profound rememberings from the universal memory bank.
I look forward to sharing information, stories, dreams, and philosophies with individuals here!! Thank you for the creation of this forum!
