Sometimes I Feel....

Sometimes I feel...

Sometimes I feel that the world is too much. God reminds me that I am a part of His world and He has much to offer.
Sometimes I feel, that as hard as I try I am nowhere near where I wanted to be at this point in my life. God reminds me that the journey may be long but it will be worth it and I am right where He wants me to be.
Sometimes I feel that there is too much for me to do. God reminds me that I am not doing it alone. Take each step wisely and put things in perspective.
Sometimes I feel that there are too many mountains to climb. God reminds me that He made the mountains so that when we reach the top we are closer to Heaven, we can see where we've been and the beauty of where we are going.
Sometimes I feel that when I am excited about life no one else around me is. God reminds me that is why He placed me there to bring excitement to those whose lives are weary.
Sometimes I feel like God doesn't hear me. God reminds me that He does indeed listen and respond. It is I who blocks out His Voice when I don't like what He is saying.
Sometimes I feel that no one understands me. God reminds me that He understands and that's all that matters.
Sometimes I feel that the world is closing in on me. God reminds me that he is there even in the smallest spaces.
Sometimes I feel I am failing, God reminds me with Him I cannot fail. Delays and denials are not failures. There are more choices, better ways to get me to where He wants me to be.

Yes i agree with sunmystic, it's very honest and true. sometimes what i think i want is not what i really need. I have also found that at times i was asking the wrong question during prayer and god lets me know by not answering that prayer, as god wants me to ask a different question. Most likely it's something i am not seeing within myself.
