Great field of Study, its wonderful that you provide the Ebook free of charge, i know you must have put alot of time into it, & im sure many will learn a Great Deal from this Gift you Share.

I like to try to be open about my feelings, and i do struggle with Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, & Other Emotional Issues. I work through them daily, Meditation, Prayer, & Other Spiritual Practices help a great deal.

I know many of these issues stem from what i experienced in the past as a child & my adolescent years, i was a shy person, being called names & picked on, that did not help me to be confident with myself, i started feeling less than, i felt different because i did not think in the same terms as the people i called Friends at the time.
I felt Alien and started to draw more inward, i knew i did not fit into this Social Group but i Tried to Anyway.

I just recently began again telling myself i Love You Michael, which i feel is my Spirit/Soul. I started realizing God Really Does Love all of Us. And then i thought If God Loves Us then i should Love Myself as well. I Know i am a Child of God as i Know We all Are.

I would very much Love to read your Ebook, when i do i shall share what i've Learned.

Sagaren i truly Loved your Wisdom in this Ebook, i cant tell you how much this has helped me. There was a point in my Life where i used Affirmations to over come negative patterns, which created more Awareness in my life. The affirmations you shared in your Ebook are absolutely Beautiful. I would very much like to practice using affirmations again, i know they will help in overcoming Fear, Guilt, & Blame among other negative thought patterns. the one who Truly seeks to find their True Self --> Will. I would recommend this book to anyone. I think you did an Amazing Job, and i know Many will gain great Insights.

Im not working right now, i started writing again, but have absolutely no income, i live with my mother and she is helping me by giving me a roof over my head, so i am working hard to use this time wisely, and i know i will reach my goals. I do hope one day i can make a donation, as this book has helped me a Great Deal.
