Yoga.....to YOKE Together, Union

Shadow must join with the Saint inside.

One without the other is incomplete.

One half is not One Whole.

Do not deny either!

To deny Shadow is to pretend to be good.

To deny Saint is to pretend to be bad!

Embrace both and "PAY ATTENTION" while not always acting on what one feels.

What is Spirituality?

A: Re-Uniting the two!

It is a process.....

It will take time....

You can quicken the way by Conscious participation and even prayer.

Talk to God.....yes.

The many fail to listen to God!

So, talk and spend more time trying to listen.

In time you will begin to hear with an inner ear!

Then the process begins to direct the Consciousness itself; The Pathless Path has begun.

Feel it!! Know it to be TRUE.

Then day by day....

BE IT!

Be the Buddha.....

Be the Christ.....

Be the Tao!

Each went through this too!

You are no different.

The body exercises help to discipline both mind and body!

Try YOGA and see how much discipline it takes to spend 30 minutes a day doing it!

This discipline is needed to train the mind and body to receive its True Being.

A High energy requires a prepared body and mind.

Consider shooting 40 amps through a 10 amp circuit, what happens?

With a circuit breaker not much......

But physical forms do not have such a thing!

So what happens to a house without circuit breakers?

It burns to the ground when its circuits are overloaded.

Prepare your circuits!

God is always gentle

Based on my experience God is always gentle. If whoever you are visiting with is over amping you, then they are not God. And over amping is usually the result of not being grounded and has nothing to do with God. God's presence within one is always quiet, gentle, and loving.

Exercise: When it comes to your body's muscles and flexibility, if you do not use it, then you will loose it. You also need some weight bearing exercise or you will loose bone density.

Thank you for the inspiration,
once again, going forward.

I love Yoga too......
Just like walking I haven't
been doing much over the past
year. It's been too stressful...
And you figure that's the time to
do Yoga....it is - but sometimes
it's missed in the chaos.

Thanks for the Reminder
of what is healthier even
when stressing.
