Does God Exist?
A woman went to a hairdresser to have her hair cut and blow-waved as usual. She started to have a good conversation with the hairdresser.
They talked about many things and various subjects. Suddenly, they touched on the subject of God. The hairdresser said: "Look, I don't believe that God exists as you say."
"Why do you say that?" asked the client.
"Well, it's so easy, you just have to go out in the street to realize that God does not exist. Tell me, if God existed, would there be so many sick people? Would there be abandoned children? If God existed, there would be no suffering nor pain. I can't think of loving a God who permits all of these things."
The client stopped for a moment thinking but she didn't want to respond so as to cause an argument. The hairdresser finished her job and the client went out of the salon. Just after she left the salon she saw a man in the street with long hair and a beard. (It seems that it had been a long time since he had his cut, and he looked so untidy).
Then the client again entered the hairdressing salon and said to the hairdresser:
"You know what? Hairdresser's don't exist."
"How can you say they don't exist?" asked the hairdresser. "I am a hairdresser and here I am."
"No!" the client exclaimed. "They don't exist because if they did there would be no people with long hair and beard like that man who walks in the street."
"Ah, hairdressers do exist, what happens is that people do not come to me."
"Exactly!" - affirmed the client. "That's the point. God does exist, what happens is people don't go to Him and do not look for Him. That's why there's so much pain and suffering in the world."

Re: Does God Exist?
Wonderful Way the client taught in this story, the client choose not to get into a debate, but to handle it it a much healthier way. The words that were used to teach the hairdresser were Amazing. I know if i was in the hairdressers shoes that would have moved me right from my spot where ever i was. My eyes would have been opened wide.

Re: Does God Exist?
The following excerpt is taken from my personal website where I have encountered this subject before on poise and interest.
For more information please visit the origin of it's context here Celestial Yearning Site
On my reason on why God should exist in our life, is that it is a beautiful thing to seek and recieve a source that is disposed at the convenience of our true accepting, a great big manifest that supplies according to what we have sought with our rights as human always understood.
I Wrote,
One day a Jehovah's Witness came passed my door step and I greeted friendly, she offered me on the idea that there is so much darkness in this world and so forth that people turn away from God, I made her understood that her own answers where supported by her great book called the bible, still lurking me she offered that the world has stirred it's limits against God's will here on earth and I wisely tell her that that is why we where born, that we where born exactly to draw to God I said that because God is relevant to life and it's productive involvement through good news attributes. I tell her in my end of chat that we should have been up for God or else we turn green and pale, as if that where not enough I meant to say that without God our own hope becomes a thing of a difficulty to answer it's call by brilliant news come forth about what is procreated at any instance forth engage. She gave me a ticket handbook of her own what she snacks on trying to make me for her corner too.

Re: Does God Exist?
I would like to ask a question, it is said that we all have a guardian angel, be it distant relative, what I would like to know, did that person come of there own choice, or did God send this person to watch over us,or did we ourselves sub-consciously call for this person to come because that was a time when this person was needed by us the most. I sometimes believe that, lets just say for instance, you lost your mother/father and some years later you choose to buy a pet dog, this pet dog turns out to be your mother/father sent to guard you, it is something to do with that bond you each have with each other, call it an intuitive feeling if you like. I personally feel that through different times in our life, someone will always be here with us, be it human or animal form to watch over us when we need it the most.

Hi Guy's
If God Is what we are then God exists. If God Is not what we are then God doesn't. Perhaps!!

Re: Does God Exist?
I just asked God and God replied:
"DO YOU REALLY EXIST?"
I said ....."Ahhhh, well, I am not so sure, depends on what you mean by YOU"
God said "Very good .......YOU are part of ME and so if I exist, then YOU exist and if you don't exist then neither do I."
I said ......"Very well, then YOU exist in ME and I Exist in YOU."
God fell silent and Love undefined filled my heart.

Re: Does God Exist?
Absolutely Beautiful Everyone, I Love the Questions, one thing i have learned is that in my life Gods Loving Energy Flows Through me, when i am Connected. When i fail to Connect i seem to have Doubts, and forget that i am a Divine Being as i Know We all are. If only i can Remember to reconnect in those difficult times, & Draw more of Gods Love Through me with full Faith into the core of my Being, and out to Everyone Else.
Many Blessings

I beleive there are many Gods.
I believe there is ONE creator then Gods for each reaml and or universe.
That would make ONE God for the universe I live in. I then believe because I was made from essence of God then I too hold God energy as do we all.
the above pic I took a couple of years ago.. can you see God's face in it????? if not step back from your puter..look away then look back
we were made in god's image
